Improved Credit Card Processing and Client Panel, Instant E-deposits

Excel Markets are pleased to announce our new and greatly improved deposit and withdrawal system is officially past beta phase and into production release.

We thank clients for their patience and apologize that the legacy card processing system via Skrill was a source of aggravation for some clients. This issue was related to a contractual issue and took more time and effort than we had hoped to resolve; however, Credit and Debit cards are no longer processed through Skrill and instead run far more efficiently through a standard card processor without the hassles introduced by Skrill.

Of course, Skrill ewallet payments are still available and for those accustomed to using this it can actually be a very efficient low-cost option (currently no cost due to our zero deposit fees promotion).

In addition, the entire Client Panel technology - including funding and withdrawal functions - has been revamped and greatly improved, and electronic deposits such as Skrill and cards are now processed and credited to your trading account(s) instantly.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at support@excelmarkets.com.

We have several important notifications regarding potential issues with the new Metatrader terminal build, new payment system updates and a new communication method.

We thought it may be useful to clients to not only have access to our Support staff, but also a support forum where other clients can post queries and replies, so we have set up a dedicated Excel Markets forum and group at ForexRazor.com.

Time For An Aussie Rally?

Ralph Shell, Excel Analyst

The Aussie (AUDUSD) has been in a sell-off since October when it was trading above the 97 handle.  The bears responded with numerous calls to sell.  Probably the greatest clarion call was that of the Reserve Bank of Australia Governor Glen Stevens who decided the Aussie dollar was priced too high.  The ideal level, according to  the his analysis, should be below .85.
